These Terms of Use govern your use of Telos Note. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Telos Note is a voice notes app that helps you record, transcribe, organise, improve, summarise, translate, and export notes.
Some features use AI processing. AI outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed by you.
Telos Note does not require a Telos account. Some features may require an active Apple subscription purchase.
Telos Note may offer paid subscription plans through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Some subscription plans may include a free trial where shown in Apple’s purchase sheet.
Subscription details, prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Free access may include limited note creation and limited AI usage.
Pro access unlocks additional features such as ongoing note creation, AI workflows, Ask Library, imports, premium exports, Telos reminders, widgets, translation, and other premium functionality.
Feature availability may change over time.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you may retain access to existing local notes and exports, but Pro features may no longer be available.
