Telos Note is an AI voice notes app that helps you record, transcribe, organise, improve, and export notes.

We designed Telos Note to be private, local-first, and simple. You do not need to create a Telos account to use the app.

Information we collect

Notes, recordings, and transcripts

Telos Note may store your notes, recordings, transcripts, actions, reminders, imports, and exports locally on your device.

When you use AI-powered features, relevant note text or transcript content may be sent securely to our server-side AI processing system so the app can clean up, summarise, improve, or answer questions about your notes.

We do not sell your notes, transcripts, audio, or personal content.

AI processing

AI processing is handled through secure server-side infrastructure. We use trusted third-party AI providers to process requests.

AI features may include:

• cleaning up voice notes
• improving notes
• summarising notes
• generating actions
• answering questions about a note
• answering questions across your note library - Ask Library may send relevant note excerpts and your question so the app can answer across your library.

Only the content needed to complete the requested AI action is sent for processing.
